I am a vegan lifestyle and fitness coach - I specialize in supporting new vegans in making the switch and helping vegans get strong.

My mission is to help people fuel their bodies with vegan foods, feel confident in their mind/body/spirit, and be fulfilled by their lifestyle! I believe that the more confident we feel in ourselves/our voice, then the more we can advocate for animals, for justice, and for veganism.

To me, living vegan is the key to a compassionate & just world - if we can empathize with an animal who we cannot verbally communicate with, then we can empathize with and respect anyone, no matter their background.
